This one is the same variety as the one we had in the old yard in Midtown. That one was 8ft x 8ft. We planted this one 5 years ago and it's about 4 x 4 now. It looks awesome this year....

I knew I was compulsively saving all the plant tags for some reason. I found the one for the white dogwood we put in 5 years ago. Our neighbor asked me what kind it was on Sunday. It's a cross between a kousa and a florida. It's called 'Rutdan' Celestial....

The encore azalea in back. It blooms now and then again in october....

The japanese snowball just now putting out green blooms. I love how they look at this stage. They turn to bright white in a couple of weeks....

How beautiful! I'm a bit envious - my wisteria has just now started showing some leaf buds and won't bloom for a bit longer. I've got daffodils, violets and quince, but no other blooms. But lots of promise - the peonies are showing a few dark red shoots, and the redbud tree is starting to come alive.

Any chance you could post a panoramic picture of your yard so we can get a sense of the whole gestalt?

Hiya Zoomer! I always forget about the wisteria until it blooms every year....then I spend all summer trying to keep it from attacking the shed.

I will get some long shots of the gardens and the yard....especially since you said "gestalt". Pay no attention to the broken down truck in the back yard...this is Georgia after all.

Biggie T,
Do you guys know what kind of tree it is that seems to grow wild with small purple blooms all along the limbs and branches of the tree? It is so pretty but no one I have asked knows what it is!
Hugggggggggggggggz,
Taylor
